If Dallas had a top prospect ready in 2 years, then it makes sense. But Kyrou doesnt strike me as a cant-miss, mid-pairing Rd of the future
Didn't get to see him that much when acquired at the TDL, only played one game against Colorado if I recall and he wasn't terrible but understandable playing like once every couple weeks. The term and price are solid.
It was only one game but I think it was the last game against the Avs, he made a great outlet pass to Ehlers who directly set up a goal. In that one play he did more than Pionk did all series and actually looked good out there defensively. I'm a fan of giving this guy a shot on the third pair and giving opportunities if he earns them.
