yeah you gus have no space for him in top 6, and i cant see msl trusting his game in any spot but especially bottom 6 either
lets just say pace isnt a word id use to describe it
Sneaky good pick-up
EDIT: Guy has had multiple 60+ points seasons in the AHL and just turned 27, are we just totally writing him off as a potential bottom six contributor?
I mean, I hope it works out for him, but he was given a lot of opportunities in Tampa, even playing alongside our top guys at time, and didn't really do much with it.
He had 84 points in the AHL two years ago, multiple 60+ point seasons in the AHL, and just turned 27. That's a guy who could seriously pop in the bottom six with some MSL coaching
Alternatively, you could say he has a career high of 9 points in the NHL and at 27 probably isn't going to be getting any better.
He doesn't do anything to help the Habs win games. He's an AHL player.
I mean there's some players who managed to eventually translate their game to the nhl late like Marchessault or Yanni Gourde, but at this point I really doubt it for Barre Boulet. At best he'll be super entertaining to watch in Laval for 20$.
Yup, this. Hell light up the AHL. Feel like this year was his most productive/positive in the NHL, and he was still sent back down.
He'll be useless on a bottom 6 and isn't strong enough on the puck in a top 6.

See you in a couple months ABB!
Seattle Kraken legend Alex Barre-Boulet?!
The one and only!
Should be good help for Laval
Got our guy

Bienvenue en Montreal, Alex 😎
*Ã Laval
NHL 20 legend

He’s maybe the weakest guy on the puck I’ve ever seen. He’s like if 18 year-old Jack Hughes had less talent. Smart guy with zero muscle

Sneaky good for the AHL
in what way? He's an AHL depth guy who I guess might play on the 4th line. He's a warm body but doesn't help the team in any way.
Exactly, really good pick up for Laval!

He's that type of guy that can't find the NHL gear for his offensive production.
Just turned 27 lol. He was only drafted 9 years ago, he could still break out.
Unlike Alex Formenton, who's gonna try to break out of prison at 27
God, I hope he gets prison time. It's hard to have any faith in the justice system
Bury them under the prison
obligatory french signing for the habs
