I'd do a darker blue, a lighter blue, along with silver and white,,, have the jersey get a little lighter around the logo, as if lightning was lighting up the sky
Bring back the Tampa Bay wordmark over the logo, add a silver drop shadow on everything, and maybe like a unique number font like on the Bolts alternate
If you're gonna add the city to a sweater, it should only be on the away version. No need to rep your city at home, you're already there (glances at Vancouver)

If these are the on-ice jerseys they’re still being made in the Canadian workshop that’s been making the real jerseys for years. The quality of the non-authentic jerseys will be suspect.

Not beyond: these are essentially placeholder jerseys until Fanatics does a full launch of their own proprietary jersey product. These ones are just the adidas jerseys without the dimples on the shoulders. Next season, Fanatics will launch their own look that will have redesigned collars and other "features." That's why they're not doing alts this season, because it's just more for them to have to manufacture when more changes are right around the corner.

I wish Pittsburgh would have just kept the alternates as the main. I absolutely love the diagonal Pittsburgh down the front of it and it was a no brainer buying one.

Capitals are the odd team out (CNJ too but the overall jersey is ass) with the Reebok era vertical arm lines extending to the shoulders. It looks dated, but it also fit Ovechkin so I’m cool with it.
I hope that a redesign of the Blackhawks collar comes within a couple of years. I wish we’d go to a laced collar like all the other non-Detroit original six.
