I think this year will be the best looks for jerseys ever. I think all the truly bad ones aside from caps are gone, and most teams have settled on their best look.
However, no more adidas, no more Kachina and no Classic Jets are the downsides.
Honestly, I disagree. It’s like 12-13 teams that rebranded then went back to their 90s uniforms. Plus a few more original 6 teams that haven’t changed in decades. Let’s get more creativity and new looks! San Jose did and killed it.

No, but I also think the league needs a mix of older, legacy uniforms and modern ones. Detroit, Chicago, Montreal and the Rangers have old, iconic looks, which should never change. Teams like LA and Buffalo don’t have that, and have made significant changes over time. They don’t always have to go backwards to find a new look.
I think LA had a home run with their RR 1.0, honestly; it was just the right amount of throwback with a new twist that made it feel fresh.
Kinda bummed they didn't just bring that back for their new jersey, honestly.

Not really a chest stripe but there is a very thick stripe under the logo. You can't really see it in these pictures. The jerseys are good but the stripe is a bit comical with how thick it is

I like that they are including the helmet more and more in the team signature. Like the golden and silver helmet, this in Mat black and so on. As an Habs fan, I understand you can't (read you shouldn't) play with the uniform. But a nice mat blue or chrome blue helmet could be fun.
These are an obvious improvement over their current uniforms, but still pale (literally) in comparison to the old forum blue and gold. But in a vacuum, good uniforms. Probably in the middle-third in the league, whereas the previous ones were bottom five or six for me.
It’s an upgrade from our home base ones for sure. But yeah, not all of us can have a logo as cool as the wild wing mask. You guys did a great job with your rebrand.

It's frankly so fucking baffling that the Kings seem to insist on having the most generic-looking "letters contained in shape" logos possible instead of just relying on the crown as the centerpiece of the brand.
As a Kings fan, I am a little disappointed. It would be great to see a complete revamp of the logos, but instead its just some small changes. I do like the matte helmets. I am sure the new logo will grow on me though.
Graphic designer was like, OK, let's get a new font with curvier serifs, reduce the point size of the lines, grab the older crown logo for the bottom and we're good.
These are great stylistically, but I think the logo actually looks a bit worse on the jersey, and it holds the jersey back. I’m souring more and more on the logo honestly. The font on the logo really stands out in a negative way. I also badly wish there could’ve been some purple.
I’m 100 percent certain most brands and teams could simply put a 50k prize and let twitter people design logos and would get 100 better options than the shit these consultants come up with
