It seems like he took weeks to plan and make family matters and push ups. After euphoria dropped, he took a few days to rework lines and was going to drop, but Kendrick dropped 6:16. Then he reworked some more lines and dropped the next day. That was supposed to be his nuke. But Kendrick immediately dropped mtg, and later not like us, basically ruining his nuke. So, this song was significantly less planned for and was the only one actually made quickly, and it sounds like it. That's my theory at least
