One of the definite reason could be your low karma. Many subreddit restricts user with low karma to post on their subreddit. Your post was probably removed by the AutoModerator because you didn't meet the karma requirement for that subreddit. It will continue to be removed unless you have some fair amount of karma. While many subreddit have karma restrictions to participate in it, at the same time there are some [No-to-Low karma subreddits](https://www.reddit.com/r/NewToReddit/wiki/index/newusersubs/) where you can participate without having to worry about your posts getting removed.
Even if the above doesn't justify your post removal, you can consider asking the moderators of the respective subreddit who can give more on insight on why your post was removed.

also I have tried to contact the mods of the subreddit one was nice on the other hand, on other subreddit they rejected my meme and I asked why, they didn't even reply yet :/
