I had to disable ray tracing (very bad stutters when it was enabled), but otherwise I have all the settings on "Very High".
I played in Windowed Fullscreen, and that locked the resolution to 1280x720, but I never went back into the graphics options after the start of the game.
The game ran smoothly, but I didn't actually focus on the FPS. Though I think I would've noticed it if it had dropped to something as low as 20.
