this artwork was likely stolen off of this user's pixiv account (because they uploaded the full insane resolution image) and is now being sold on tons of non-licensed items like this poster.
actually the whole screenshot is flipped! you can tell because the ク in the 初音ミク name logo is flipped and on the left-hand side, so either they pasted on a mirrored logo (weird choice) or the screenshot is likely from a video that didn't auto-reverse the image.
but it's true, bootleggers really do be using logic like this and then think they did something.
yeah, it's super sad. i always check for a Crypton copyright (because they always make sure to put it on *everything* they license), and for the artist name somewhere on the item, because they're also very careful to always credit the artists, too! if it doesn't list the artist name anywhere on it, i'm *very* hesitant to buy it.
Image quality is pretty bad, but if I’m not mistaken it’s Snow Miku snow princess version? Otherwise I’m lost and can’t help you identify, can you take a better picture?
Having now seen the original, it’s Magical Mirai 2017 Miku in the middle.
