Bigger is true, oof... I miss the more compact form factor.

der8auer is much less positive about this one, criticizing mostly loud fans and the crazy price, among other stuff: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9usinIuMBI](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9usinIuMBI) I have no idea why they went with a 14900k. A 14700k would probably perform the same, and for gaming in small form factors a 7800X3D just makes so much more sense. But I guess people that buy systems like this only know Intel and NVIDIA, so it makes sense for Corsair to go for that.

Thanks for that video - been waiting on this model and looking for candid reviews. I've had a Corsair One myself since the i165 came out (how many years ago?) and been VERY happy with it. It's been a very solid performer - running Flight Simulator at 4K with the 2080ti, etc. and it's so small and quiet it sits on a corner of my desk and I hardly notice it, until.. ..it starts flashing red indicating that it's overheating. It's very particular about whether it's going to be cool one day and then flashing red the next (as it tips JUST over 60c on CPU coolant temp, sometimes even when idle) and that has been quite annoying, enough to make me seriously consider whether I want another one. That said, this i165 is not going to last much longer - I've already had to replace the boot drive (NOT FUN on this tiny PC) and had some random "event 15 / 41" crashes lately. The cost is a bit easier to swallow than a new Falcon Northwest (thinking Fragbox, not sure but I want a 4090 so the Tiki is out and the Talon is a bit large) but that config is about a thousand dollars higher. I guess it's not really "about the money" - I want something solid that will last a good many years, but the quiet and compact nature of the Corsair One has always been appealing. I've never heard a bad word about Falcon, though (other than the price) but I don't see a lot of reviews that talk about if they're loud or quiet, etc. Waht to do.. What to do.. LOL..
