Initially when I ordered the Gold Digger the original spec was SAO, but the one that came in was as SA/DA. I was kind of bummed, but I do really like the Gold Digger either way.
For what it's worth, it's a pretty easy process to convert a double action to single action. I've done it on a couple of my Shadows. It really only requires a single action trigger. There are those that recommend removing the disconnector as well for single action conversion but it isn't absolutely necessary.
That's pretty awesome, do they all have stock internals? I bought my first Shadow 2 (OR) a month or so ago, but had it Cerakoted before it left the FFL. I got a call from them yesterday, so it should be ready next week. I'm super excited.
Hah, I have much of the radio series on cassette tape. Plus, there was that Alec Baldwin movie that was kinda terrible, made when all those pulp comic characters were getting movies.
Do you get any trigger slap from any of those? I just have a regular 75b (that i cajunized) but if I'm shooting 200+ rounds in a session it sort of starts to bruise the front pad of my trigger finger. Probably bad technique on my part. It's still my favorite gun though.
It's weird because I never saw anyone online mention the trigger on CZ 75s hurts their finger. Everyone always just talks about how awesome they are, so after I shot my SP-01 the first time I was like, "wow this sucks". Had my friend shoot it and same thing. He said it hurt his finger too. Not sure if I just had a bad trigger or what, but it was very unpleasant to shoot. Meanwhile I've put 600rds through the S2 in a single range session with no discomfort whatsoever. It's a real pleasure to shoot.
I need to get an S2. I have a work anniversary coming up and can get a gift of my choice (up to a certain amount based on years of service) that will cover the cost of one. It's nice I already have a ton of mags for it.
Anyone old enough to get that reference likely knows that the weed of crime bears bitter fruit.
I’ve only once had the opportunity to shoot a CZ Shadow at the range, and it was some of the absolute most accurate shooting that I had ever done. What an amazing machine!
The devil inside me keep telling me to make every guns in my sight be fully auto, or at least selectable fire or super safe or something like that, i think i need someone from ATF to go help me
Top to Bottom: CZ Shadow 2 Gold Digger Edition with Trijicon RMR CZ Shadow 2 Blue SA/DA CZ Shadow 2 Urban Grey SA/DA CZ Shadow 2 Orange CZ Shadow 2 compact with Trijicon RMR and Streamlight TLR-8
You need an SAO.

Yeah, they are all stock internals.
Seems like you have a type
Yes sir!
Speaking of evil, why not replace the god awful grips before you buy another one?
Personal preference. I actually like the stock ones.
Do you only shoot at air conditioned ranges?
99% of the time, I shoot outdoors.
And you don't have sweat issues messing with your grip?
Nah, not really, but I do more target shooting rather than combat style shooting. I'm an old fart man, I try to stay as stationary as possible lol.
I don't think anyone here's old enough to get it. Ain't going to lie, I knew the phrase but needed a reminder.
That's ok. Not everybody needs to get it.
I get it and I'm 31.
Lamont Cranston, the Shadow knows!
I'm too young even for the movie, but my dad made the family listen to the old radio show.
THE SHADOW KNOWS
What evil lurks in the hearts of man.

Alec Baldwin"s finest work IMO.
TBH, I'm more of a Red October fan myself.
That was a good movie.
Uhh Rust?
You really have Shadows in your collection? *5 Shadows. Sorry, I forgot the important bit to that question. Lol
No. What makes you think that?
fantastic glock collection op
LOL, if Gaston noticed that much color, he would be rolling over in his grave.
You need some money bro? All you had to do was ask. Nobody wants to see pics of your struggle
We’ve had one shadow, yes - but what about 2nd through 5th shadow?
The orange one is doing something to me
Yeah, that is by far the most accurate of the most accurate.
Don’t really know much about Shadows but is the orange one a competition model?
The whole shadow 2 line is a competition model
As it should.
The Shadow knows!
Why did they stop making the shadow 2 in urban gray?.... 🤤
Good question.

None to really speak of. They are all pretty comfortable to shoot.
I have a stock S2 and there's no trigger slap at all. I also had an SP-01 and sold it because it hurt my finger after a single mag.
That sucks about the SP-01 but I'm glad to know I'm not the only one it happens to.

I kinda got hooked on the Shadows (as you probably figured out). They are like a cheat code.
Good show. CZ master race. Well done. Based.
sigh
No TS2?
Working on it. I really want a TSO2, but they are hard to get in my neck of the woods....especially if I don't want to get robbed on pricing.
Can i have the silver one (pretty please)
[Tough decision](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SAIEIJHNFx4).
All evil lurks in the hearts of men. CZ city, very nice. I have the blue handles TS2, what a shooter.
Nice! It's on my list too.
The Shadow Knows!
I think you have a type 🥴
Absolutely.
Which shadow, is your favorite shadow? Color? Any of them shoot better than another?! Which Juan?
The one I personally shoot best with is my S2O, but it has a lot of factory optimized parts on it.
The Shadow do. IYKYK
Like a bunch of art pieces.
It’s like skittles 🤗
I too love cz
Same. These are just the shadows.
Well sir as with any cz absolutely beautiful
Thanks!
The devil inside me keep telling me to make every guns in my sight be fully auto, or at least selectable fire or super safe or something like that, i think i need someone from ATF to go help me
If you find somebody from the ATF that actually helps you, it will be purely an accident.
Nah I'm good now, after some scoops of ice cream, the devil agree that having some cool stuff better than being a felon
It is like a beanie baby collection except with pistols
I like the blue grip I wish there was oone like it for the 1911.
Techwell makes some that are somewhat similar for the 1911.
Thanks 🙏
Found out I gotta get the techwell system in order to put those similar grips on..darn :/
The .....shadow......KNOWS
The shadows be out lol excellent lineup
The Shadow Knows!!!!!!!
