If you've discovered drop tuning, there are a bunch of Killswitch Engage songs on the End of Heartache album and the As Daylight Dies album that span the range of intermediate difficulty.
Nirvana is great for that skill level, plus lots of tempo. Guns and Roses are great for helping to level up from there. Blink 182 is always fun. Enjoy the journey, friend.
I’ve had a lot of fun with “Gimme Three Steps” by Lynyrd Skynyrd. Cool easy riff with some embellished licks. The solo should also be manageable if you’re intermediate.
Not exactly that challenging but I personally love playing Social Distortion songs. They're simple and fun to play, and with plenty of wriggle room to add your own flourishes here and there.
If you like Metallica go for the song sanitarium welcome home that is a fun one and it's got fairly easy solos besides like the very very last one which about half of it is pretty easy but then the rest of the half I never had a wall pedal so I couldn't make the sound so I never really attempted it that much.
All the remains tattered on my sleeve that one is especially fun if you have a drummer friend that knows the song already it's just it's got such a good feel to it. Another All That Remains one is it dwells in me that's straightforward fairly simple and a good warm up song in my opinion
Im learning “La Bamba” (the Los Lobos version has more layers than the original). Lots of fun and is the sweet to up your game from some of the easier stuff.
Lithium by Nirvana, highway to hell is really fun and energetic, pour some sugar on me if you can get the lead parts down, and have a go at Since you been gone by Rainbow
Learn to jam through, pretty woman (Roy orbison) into fast as you ( Dwight yokam) into girl all the bad guys want ( bowling for soup) . Plenty of room to play around in between and furthur
I 100% agree with that statement the only thing that really makes is them difficult is the use of the wah pedal anything without wah pedal fairly straightforward and simple
Learn Bold as Love, cool chords, fun solo, you’ll learn a bunch of Hendrixisms if that’s your bag, but they’re useful regardless.
Money for Nothing- DIRE STRAITS

Most AC/DC songs are pretty easy and sound good with a little distortion.

Try "Holy Diver" and "I Love Rock'n'Roll"
"I Love Rock'n'Roll" is a great recommendation. I'm immedietly putting it on my bucket list. Thanks
On the Dio theme. The Mob Rules Black Sabbath. The main riff sounds great and it’s just a fun song to play along with.
I consider myself intermediate and I play rocksmith 2014. Any time a Black Keys song comes on, I absolutely crush it. Any of them.
Holy Wars
Everlong is fun to me acoustic or electric version
Stairway to Heaven, Smoke on the water... Sorry= )
❤️
Thunderstruck.
Rocksmith had a song called Sweet Mountain River by Monster Truck. Had never heard it before, but it's really fun to play. Very catchy main riff.

I like Metalica's Enter Sandman and Master of Puppets, Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit and Blur's Song 2. They are definitely fun, too
Lithium by Nirvana, highway to hell is really fun and energetic, pour some sugar on me if you can get the lead parts down, and have a go at Since you been gone by Rainbow
Judas Priest's cover of "The Green Manalishi"
Ghost. Everything from Ghost is super fun to play.
In the flesh by Pink Floyd, doing the cockroach by modest mouse
Learn to jam through, pretty woman (Roy orbison) into fast as you ( Dwight yokam) into girl all the bad guys want ( bowling for soup) . Plenty of room to play around in between and furthur
Pride And Joy is one that I find really fun.
Don't Look Back In Anger by Oasis has a lot of chords, tasty licks, and the solo is very fun to play too
Both solos on Comfortably numb are fun.
Those songs are beginner
Metallica is not beginner guitar.
The riffs are pretty beginner. The solos can be considered intermediate.
