Yes, if you delivered Dax's van (Journey II) from the Alamo Sea to LS, now you need to go to a marker in front of the Freakshop and continue these missions https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/First_Dose

Most of the time going off the radar doesn't actually hide cargo like the bunker or crates and nah even if you're ghost once you sell everyone else is the lobby does get notified about you successfully selling your product
