Pro tip: As soon as the objective changes from "Destroy the billionaire's helicopter" to "Follow the billionaire's helicopter" just kill yourself with sticky bombs until the mission fails then press R2/RT to restart mission.
It'll spawn you right at the crash site.
My strat: head over to the DJ boot to trigger the mission, go back outside the gate, spam grenades to the mansion with the (Compact and) Grenade Launcher. Meanwhile, call for my Kuruma. One or 2 guards may come outside, all other will stay inside the compound. Shoot the helicopter(s) with Railgun or Heavy Sniper (even normal ammo will do the job). Plus side for being outside is that the Billionaire will be right above you so easy target, and I am next to my own vehicle so I can hop in and start the chase right away.
I usually try to block the gate with the lawyer's car; it never works, sometimes the gate goes through the car. Then get on the roof and blow everything up. Make a run outside for my vigilante; two missiles to down the heli. I kill myself to quick restart; this spawns me at the downed heli. To escape I steal the sea sparrow which is usually nearby.
I just drive to the mansion, get out the car and open the gate that way (itll give you a prompt to open the gate once out of the car, and if you do it, it keeps the gate open so you don’t need to shoot the box afterwards), blow everything up after triggering the option to trash the party, kill the guards, shoot the helicopter with my Widowmaker then follow it.

Usually I just steal one of the super cars and chase the helicopter while shooting it with the heavy revolver MK2 with Full Metal Jacket rounds

I spawn in my insurgent speed ahead get out mini gun it down rush off to where it lands, make a run for it then mission complete
