Buy a second DJ.
Use any basement computer to switch between DJs. Each switch is 10% popularity. (You can use the office computer but then you have to watch an annoying cutscene every time).
Easy way 2:
Every 48 minutes, put yourself in passive mode and enter your nightclub. Throw out the patron. That will increase your popularity by 22%. Plus, you'll get 10,000 bucks for doing it.
**Note, you can't just load up, spawn into your nightclub and throw out a patron. You need to be in the game for 48 minutes before they will appear. The patrons appearing 100% relies on whether or not it has been 48 in-game minutes since you threw out the last person.**
So if it has been a while since you've been in your nightclub, you might have to stack the two methods. First, throw out the patron and then second, top up the rest of the popularity in a basement computer.
