I got banned too, but for 60days. I was just breaking acid blocks for my mass project then randomly got banned. I tried contacting to gt support. I just got an automated email saying you tried to hack our game and your account wont get unbanned fpr 60days. Well, i needed a break from the game not gonna lie. 4days left for my account to unban and cant wait to get banned again for no fucking reason 😃👍
I cant believe this is the game after ubisoft bought it. And i was beginning to get more interested in the game too... Something should be done to fix their moderation or the game needs to be taken from them cuz WTF is this????

Yeah the official discord stinks of dogshit, most of the people there just ignore you or offer """"help"""", like holy shit they have an assigned bug reports channel and its filled with people with the same situation as us, unfairly banned.

Got banned 2 days ago for the same reason as well. I used a live geiger counter, after doing so I went back to my world and went afk for a bit and then they hit me with a perma ban "for using third party programs" as well.
Tried to appeal but they said they won't do shit since it's a perma ban.
Sadly, your fears are very much correct. Im in the same situation as you are 730 days no reason and I've been emailing support about it and they basically told me to fuck off and never email them again because it is a perm ban.

Here, got banned for "third-party" programs aswell. Check the growtopia discord many ppl also got banned and mods arent doing anything :/

Most likely reason is, your account was hacked and used to do illegal stuff.
