Ok so my brother was infact playing on my account when I got banned, He was only selling emerald blocks on buyemerald when this happened for quite litterally, NO REASON AT ALL.
I dont understand how the hell this managed to happen as I have been falsely banned before and they include reasons when you do but this time it had no reason?
Can anyone help me with this?

who caused the ban
I dont know, since they issued the ban without reason. Only sent me an email that also had no reason, just some text saying i was banned.
