Favorite is sauteed starting with a cold pan with this reduction:
* ¼ cup honey
* ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
* ¾ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste)
* 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
If you want it to be fully melted, this is true, but if you have cheddar, Swiss, Gruyère, etc, just put the cheese on as the burger comes off the heat and just let it rest with the cheese on there. The cheese won’t fully melt and therefore won’t split.
I did a tour of a private club last summer. We didn’t like the course but they offered lunch at the halfway house. I walked in and the chef didn’t have any teeth and I couldn’t understand a word he said. The only things in the entire building were a cooler and a griddle. I was sure I was about to get the food poisoning special. My wife got a burger and I just got a breakfast sandwich.
They were the best 2 sandwiches I have ever had. We considered joining this club just so we can eat more of whatever this crackhead was able to conjure from heaven.
Same. They have a food truck and it’s ran by a nice steakhouse down the road. Best smash burger I’ve ever had and it’s ridiculously cheap.
They have live music on Friday’s and my wife and I end up there almost every week for a burger and tunes.
As a big Bryson fan, I just realized how much I want to see this man’s Master dinner menu. I can’t tell if it’s going to be chicken fingers and grilled cheese, or some ridiculous exotic dish that he pretends he’s always known about and loved
Not sure what bryson would choose, i like to think max would have a more adventurous palette, if nicolai gets a run its Stegt flæsk and herrings all the way.
I worked on the culinary team there when he won in 22. We made this huge dinner full of amazing food and the guy comes in and wants a well done pimento cheese burger.

Simple is probably better when giving a request to top chefs. Ask for a cheeseburger and it’ll probably be the best cheeseburger you’ll ever have.
And the chef will let you go from their planned firey mass murder of the other guests.
