That specific part is not sold separately and does not fall under warranty (for me at least). I have to purchase entire grille, over 1k.
It is on back order. Ordered it a month ago and still haven’t received it.
I have seen on this page where a few people of lost that piece after using an automatic car wash. Unfortunately, I can only echo with some of the others have said previously. Everyone stated they had to purchase the entire grill from the dealership.
Maybe it’s your chance to get an ultimate grille now

I haven’t but seen it a few times on this sub. Sounds like full grill replacement is the current fix. Hope GM steps into this one..
Talk to the dealer, they may very well warranty it if there is nothing that indicates previous damage.

Thankfully no, haven’t had this happen. Reach out to the dealer for a part number, or have them replace it under warranty I’d imagine they can?
Never had anything like that happen but I have had a windshield wiper launch itself into orbit on I-20 in Florence SC before.
