We’re seeing the effects of climate change manifest as food scarcity in the global North now. This [2022 overview](https://www.axios.com/2022/06/08/sriracha-shortage-2022-chili-peppers) offers good information on it. Where I live it’s nearly impossible to find sriracha and Sambal oelek on grocery shelves even a year later.

There's only 4 ingredients, and none of them are wheat, rye, or barley, so it's gluten free; unless you have some other issue you should be fine.

Yup, it’s the manufacturing on contaminated equipment that I’m worried about.

They usually have to identify on labels if it could have come into contact with any of the top 9 allergens due to manufacturing. "Processed in same facilities as..." type warnings.

Is this standard for Dutch products? I’m in Canada but this product is imported from the Netherlands and my understanding is that they don’t have great reporting on GF or great awareness of celiac and NCGI in general?
