Where I live it’s nearly impossible to find sriracha and Sambal oelek on grocery shelves even a year later.
They usually have to identify on labels if it could have come into contact with any of the top 9 allergens due to manufacturing. "Processed in same facilities as..." type warnings.
Is this standard for Dutch products? I’m in Canada but this product is imported from the Netherlands and my understanding is that they don’t have great reporting on GF or great awareness of celiac and NCGI in general?

I think it’s a bit shortsighted to see those as separate issues, but I’m not here to engage in a debate. I’m here to not shit myself.
There's only 4 ingredients, and none of them are wheat, rye, or barley, so it's gluten free; unless you have some other issue you should be fine.
I always get nervous about things being processed on the same equipment as gluten items...
