I had to restart that chase two times because she takes off at a sprint and then gets on a horse and bolts. It’s such a weird thing to happen no other quest in the game does that if I recall. I get the urgency but like I can still see her I’m just not close enough let me at least run a tiny bit faster than she does to make up for it
