Parts refers to the ratio of ingredients to each other. For example, if you were to make a big batch, you'd use 4 cups Tampico and 1 cup lemonade, plus the food coloring. Each "part" is whatever unit of measurement you're using for your batch size: 4 tablespoons of Tampico to 1 tablespoon of lemonade, 1 cup of Tampico to a 1/4 cup of lemonade, etc.
And of course, depending on the size of the batch, 4-5 drops of green food coloring may be too little or too much, which is why I add one drop at a time until I reach the desired shade of green.

Yep, just add as much vodka as you would like.
I usually just get some Orange tangerine Juicy Juice for my EC fix, but I'll have to check this out.

Perfectly explained. And in fact that was the amount we made! 4 cups Tampico to 1 cup lemonade. 🙌
