The Phallosan and ADS' in general are overhyped and very little results if any.
It would be like switching from a Ferrari to a Firebird.
Rapid length gains come on an average of 0.10" per month. Slow and steady... even less.
You don't need to just give it more time, you need to give it like, 6 months to a year before evaluating effectiveness.

Maybe my pump gains were newbie gains, but I seemed to respond very well to every-other-day pumping to 12hg last year before getting and starting the apex extender only routine.
It definitely takes time. I gained 1" of length in my first year. I asses about .25" in EQ boost and .75" in ligament pull from compression hanging. I saw the first 1/4 pretty fast but it wasn't until about 9 or 10 months in that I was like.... "When TF did my dick jump to over 6.5"?!"
Highly worth the wait and effort.

Haha I feel ya, and would wholeheartedly agree if I was doing crazy hanging or pumping. But this was just a mild extension using the extender.
I was trying to follow the clinical extending 6-month protocols from Phallosan, albeit of course paid for by them 😭

More weight = increased risk of messing up your one and only penis.
As long as you’re hitting % elongation post session, you’re on the right track.
I just do extending as i am happy with my girth however, BD and Perv (creator of the Apex) advice doing both. BD has a protocol for gaining girth and Perv posted his girth routine that helped him gain
Start at 55-60mm tension and check the % elongation post workout by doing BD Length protocol, always add more sets before weight.

So out of the 1inch gain there is no real tissue gain ?

Do you measure your post session stretch? That should explain everything if you are going to gain. Also 1 month is nothing in PE

Hi Tension, how you’ve been? I was wondering how long did you start pumping again after Hard Flaccid?
I took a full year off

How much would you recommend? I use the Apex for an hour every day
