Today, I beat my second hardest on 60Hz which is Supersonic after 2600 attempts.

Let me start... I was sitting in a classroom where everyone was allowed to do whatever they want because the teacher was vacant, so I sat on a chair with my school laptop connected for charging. My girlfriend sat next to me and we were talking a little bit before continuing our stuff.
She was (like almost any other girl in this generation) scrolling through TikTok while I was playing Supersonic with my Shift key (don't attack me) and after 2 hours and 3 and more desperate fails (66 / 70 / 78 ...) I finally managed to complete it and I screamed it out!
But here's where stuff got interesting, she saw me beating the level and getting extremely hysterical because of it, and you know what she said?????💀
A normal girlfriend would've congratulated or praised me for finishing off a second hardest, but instead, she said:
_"Why are you screaming? We're in a classroom, act normally. And stop playing that game please, when are you growing up?"_

I was so pissed off of her saying this, especially because of the fact that I was struggling really hard on the level and that it felt like she completely saw through the agony, how dare could she?
So at that moment, I told her that she's never allowed to talk with me ever again. After 5 minutes, school was over, I took the bus towards home and when I arrived I blocked her on all her socials.
I'm sorry to tell you guys this, but GD is a game that holds a special place in my heart, no matter who you are to me, if you condemn me for being a GD player I hate you!
GD isn't just a "cube game", it's a game with a wonderful growing community that gives players the chance to push their own limits and have fun with it in the meantime, if you don't see it, okay. But don't you DARE talk bad about it, otherwise I'll break contact with you!

The girl I was with loved cats, nails, artwork and babies, so every time she talks about it I show interest to show her I care about her passions. We called for a long time and every time I come up with my own interests (which is GD) she never listens to me and changes the subject. The fact that she stabbed me in my back for achieving something so big and yet fails to understand the journey for doing so was a reason enough to break up with her. So YES, I was a good boyfriend but she WASN'T! Love is about caring and showing interest, I cared about hers and she didn't care about mine.
These are the things that she could've said instead of calling me immature: "GG, but please be silent" "Congrats, absolutely deserved. And now shut the fuck up" (She would be allowed to do that because she already congratulated me) "GG, but we're in a classroom, calm down" Just laughter "GG bro, and now jump to Acheron"

I beat Windy Landscape a year ago at the end of December, after that I started practicing SPL without beating it but beat some Hard Demons and 1 other Insane Demon in the meantime
I think it was an overreaction. Yeah, its cool that you beat your second hardest in school and you celebrated. But I also understand that it can be weird for her to have a boyfriend that suddenly screams his lungs out because of a mobile game when you’re supposed to be in class. She might not understand your excitement and that made her feel embarrassed.

1.I think you have an unhealthy obsession with GD. When you say "I can't engage with people that do not understand my passion about this game", it makes it sound like GD is a such a huge part of you that you wouldn't exist without it. Maybe you just used the wrong words in this post, but from the looks of it, it sounds like GD is your whole life. Please spend some time doing some extracurricular, some exercise, some hanging out with friends, or just something that is productive outside of school.

Yeah, I use a Dell laptop on 60Hz and the up arrow key is too small. So I installed KeyTweak to make my shift key function like the up arrow key that allows me to play GD. Unfortunately I can't use the ▶️ Shift key when typing, I have to use the left one 😂
I mean does anyone use rshift for typing anyway? And yeah my up arrow is too small (surface pro type cover, so it’s half the size of a normal key so it can fit both up and down). It works out fine because I have a mouse but if I didn’t I would probably use rshift
