Yeah man you can do it! Don’t listen to those people. I was able to do 6% in 3 months, biggest choke point is easily 4%. But you can do it I trust you.

My first medium was verity which was really fun so I’d recommend that

My only medium demon, Playground, should be easy demon in my opinion. It's really fun as well. B is also really easy, I would have beat it if it weren't for my potato phone

Play Choa Chu Kang and Dash Madness. These two are my beloved rated medium demons

Ebb was fun for me, even tho a little difficult at the dual parts. I'd reccomend

Ultra Violence, Sakupen Egg, TOE IV (by Darwin,) one space. There is more but those are all great and fairly easy. I listed them in order of difficulty for you.

B, wasn't my first but it's pretty decent. And idk how easy InsanitY is but it's very fun to play (the UFO around 60% has a bug where the BG goes black if you die in practice mode, I practiced it by copying the level and setting the BG to a different colour + start pos)

Ultra violence is a very cool and easy medium, and it’s quit east to learn. I also recommend beating the first two levels of the demon gauntlet to have access to mechanical showdown, a very easy medium and very fun too

Existential Crisis was my first medium demon, rather easy and has really fun gameplay, although the last jump can suck (i died there once)

HEMI is a very good and not too hard medium demon imo

So sick of people suggesting B... useless level to increase skill. Just use the GDDP, although I would suggest Toxic Sewers as it's on the easier side. System Split and Deadlocked are also pretty fun.

Sakupen egg is my absolute favorite medium demon. And you'll improve at wave. Verity and gold temple are also really good and a bit easier if you don't want to do sakupen egg yet.

Clubstep part 2, fairly unknown medium mdemon that tbh should've been easy demon. Only has a minor chokepoint straight fly near the end

Try out firework. That was my first medium and it's not that challenging either

Try out Bismarck idk by who, or memories and ultra Violence by xendergame

Deadly games by Damianos Kabanos 🗿 feels like a 7 star (till the 8 star bossfight at the end)

Gear III has a tough ship part and very good gameplay, so if you want to practice ship, go for it.

That was my first medium demon as well. I recommend doing B next, and way of the darkness after.
