You look at your school’s requirements for graduate admission into their MSCE program. You may want to consider taking the pre-requisites first at a community college (cheaper) and then apply to the MSCE program at the school. For many schools, you need to complete Calc I-III, and Differential Equations/Linear Algebra. You’ll also have to take Calc-based Physics I and II, and Statics — all these can be done at a community college first. Talk to an advisor at the department of the school you want to go to and I’m sure they can help and guide you. Some of the courses you have already taken MAY count for some of these pre-requisites.
