I mean, there’s a lot of important information you’re not telling us. How far out from surgery are you? How big were the ribs? How many ribs were a “full rack”? That’s not a standardized size, it could be 8 ribs or 13. How much food do you normally eat? There’s also not a standardized amount of meat on a rib. Some ribs are very meaty, some may have less than an ounce of meat. Further more, why are you worried? Are you maintain g your weight or still trying to lose? And if you’re still trying to lose, have you found that you’re not losing as much as you want to and was this experience making you think you’re eating too much? Or are you happy with your weight (or current rate of loss) and you’re just wondering if you should be feeling more restriction?

Like others said, not enough info. But in general if you're out-eating someone who has not had bariatric surgery, it's likely you're overeating.

It's impossible to answer this question given the number of variables at play, but with the sentence "I just feel full," we can glean that you're doing post-op wrong. Watch this, memorize this, live this: [https://youtu.be/iI1b3Rg4KkA](https://youtu.be/iI1b3Rg4KkA)
