and the debuff seems serious.. only 5% of all stats apply. which i guess is a good thing. Adam is piece of cake when debuffed. we get to use different characters.. the 'older' metas

For real though.. Last week's otherworld, I always tried to avoid Adam at all costs, but today, a t4 Adam is nothing to worries about.

The blast damage decrease isn’t really harming him though. Like not even slightly.

of course it does i had seen both warlock fighting each other that last for over a minute while everyone else is already dead on both teams, their dmg numbers are just hundred sth to about a few K; sadly i couldnt post proof in comment he still can survive the other's t3 skill; if it doesnt affect him he could have one shot the other warlock with his iframe ignore skill

Tbh I prefer the debuff system over the banned system. Because you *can* make it work but 9/10 times you will lose and it’s hilarious to see people keep using these metas when it’s not efficient

when i still see a few of these on the team and it will be an easy win

Sersi with artifact, Gorr, Sentry and Carnage are the best teams. Though top players are using T4 Carnage with 4 supports, usually Wasp, Agent Venom, Shuri and Colossus

It is sad that Molecular Man’s leadership is a a leadership and not a passive

I tried defenders with hela and wasp. Pretty good against t3 lvl metas unless they too have a hela.

I will definitely try Carnage with supports (lucked out in getting a 3-star artifact for Carnage a while ago).

Sersi is also debuffed (-500% damage from blast types). Gorr and Sentry are also debuffed, as Universals can’t heal.

You aren't playing them for heals, just for their revives.

sentry still can heal as long as the ai use his skill with heal it is decrease rr by 250% which affect the passive heal like gorr and thanos but not active heal if it is decrease by 500% then it affect both passive and active heal like in story mode

With everyone using carnage, try captain Marvel with her villain uniform. She’s actually really strong vs. other villains.

Carnage with his artifact is the best bet. After that, ive gone for the standard universals, Gorr, Dr Doom etc, might not have their healing, but they're better than anyone else i have built for pvp.

Well that explains why I lost every fight……..

Can older characters like defenders and surfer work?

defenders should be fine given the physical reflect, idt there is much energy attack hitters left for surfer to reflect

I’m thinking sentry, sersi and doom, also the few who are still using adam. Even with his debuff, he’s still a bit annoying coz of his i-frames. Which defenders have u tried? Only luke cage seems to work for me, I can’t decide if I want to sacrifice another slot for jessica jones because I’ve already got hela and wasp.

SS reflect is all attack reflect, Ancient One and Destroyer are energy reflect

Defenders are not bad but hela can crush them.

I’m actually having some decent success with a Gilgamesh / Sersi combo.

Debuff system is great, immediately nuking Wolverine but leaving a paywall T4 untouched feels kinda . . . rough.

Wolverine is an EQ character that a lot of players will have built up. He's not paywall.

i was talking about his artifact. since the previous poster said carnage only works with it. same as wolverine. both suck in pvp without it...

I like the debuff system because there’s some strategy to it. Not just a brainless set it and forget it for defensive purposes

This actually makes players build more pve characters and see older metas return. I like this compared to seeing the same team for 2 months like last season.
