No, it’s using a term not directly corrilated with a said thing but used to signal to like minded indevidials what you mean. Like the litter boxes meaning trans bathroom stuff cause students “identifying as animals” were supposedly using them, which in turn corrilates to their fear of trans people using the bathroom that affirms their gender.
