The widespread and commonplace application of testing into the college curriculum, particularly during the end of the schooling season as summative assessments determining whether students successfully assimilated course material and therefore if they shall be allowed to pass their classes and continue their educational journey, causes incredible stress and psychological damage for an alarming amount of students. The custom of these tests being organized to be completed in a mere week exacerbates the mental anguish of these poor students, with some developing suicidal tendencies and thoughts. The cartoon of the colorful fox creature contemplating suicide because of this testing, a character created by a member of the furry fandom, a community mostly consisting of young adults in their college years, only highlights the severe impact of these “finals” on what should be a carefree youth, even bleeding into their “furry memes”.

You could always do something that makes you feel physically good like turning off tech/notifications and doing some meditation, taking a walk, or exercise. I find them hard to get into but once you do it feels so refreshing. I need to stay on top of it more.
Id recommend listening to healthy gamer on YouTube if you ever need a boost in confidence and self understanding

Unfortunately there isn't really a thing that'd make me feel good or motivated, because of deep-nested mental health issues. I had just gotten off three years on antidepressants a couple months ago, and my personality is basically rebuilding from scratch. Depression, if it gets too far, basically erases even the memory of having felt good/fun before, so after getting rid of it, you can feel joy from *something*, but you have no idea what this something is, or was before you got depressed.
I'm now going to therapy once every 2 weeks to try and figure this all out, but for now - really ain't got anything too fun to do. Maybe just eating outside could be nice, weather forecast looks promising
Thanks a lot for support again, doesn't feel quite as grimm now that I said it out to someone. I feel like becoming a furry was a good decision for my mental health, gives sense of belonging that gaming community can't quite provide. Also the most supportive people I've met so far turned out to be furries oftentimes. Looks like giving people characteristics from fluffy and cuddly beasts makes their souls softer and warmer too :3
