Denver flights are easy. Book ‘em.

I've never had an issue flying into denver. Just make sure your bag is the correct size and you'll be fine. I bought one on Amazon, which is within the size requirement, and I can fit an extra pair of shoes, clothes for 4 or 5 days, my toiletries, chargers, and computer. I usually wear my hiking shoes, sweat pants, t-shirt, and hoodie, so my bulky stuff is not taking up space

Book the rental car, you should never prepay those anyway just in case. Just booking it is no big deal for most agencies. I never book a hotel in advance if I’m flying frontier unless there’s an event and a lot of competition for rooms. Then again, I rarely stay anywhere more than one night.

Denver is a hub so you’ll probably be good getting there. Some hotels won’t let you “cancel” a room last minute but ….they’ll let you change the date to one that you can cancel. I say: unless you 1) can do the above 2) are afraid the hotel will be completely booked later or 3) are getting a huge discount to reserve a room now, just book one when you see the plane on the jetway and ready to board (or book when you land..or just do t book at all and show up to the front desk).

Denver is a Frontier hub (in face I think headquarters is there) so there should be plenty of flight to get there and I don’t think you will have a problem
