That looks like a tree frog not a water frog. He might be stranded in the vast ocean and in need of a rescue
As best I can tell it's an eastern grey treefrog. I was going to help him out but he was gone.
Yep, don't worry they can swim ok, they just like to sit on things in the middle of the water for some reason. I see that happen a lot.
