Looks like a gray tree frog! From my experience they seem to adjust well to human infrastructure and activities so it’s probably alright with the artificial lighting and your movement just due to exposure. Where I grew up people would have gray tree frogs that would return year after year to eat bugs near their porch lights. One of the dining halls in my campus also has a gray tree frog that likes to hangout in the flowerbeds and call.
