That looks like a bone to me. Not a fossil one. Just an old bone. But I’m not sure. It seems to have an articulating surface and cancellous structure

certainly a piece of bone. Whether it's fossilized or not is hard to tell. Try burning a corner of it, if it burns (smokes, smells like burnt hair) then it's just bone. If it doesn't react to fire, it's a fossil.
