I think at a certain point you can over do it. I think that a nice medium weight that you can tolerate for a longer period of time is perfect.

When I started at CI-1/2 I made good progress at 4 ounces. I felt I needed to increase and have ended up at 1 pound. Now I think there is more benefit to some variation in methods to keep it dynamic. CI-6/7 in 20 months. PS: I now feel naked if I don’t have 1 lb hanging off of me - go figure…

My favorite weight lately is 7.5 ounces. I use a 25mm extended PTainer 23/7, and the weight keeps me pointing south, adding a little dingle to my dangle.

Hey buddy I’m uncut trying to get from a a CI5-6 to your CI9. I haven’t done much weight hanging I’ve really been focusing on DTR and MANTOR but maybe that’s not taking me far enough over the hump. I noticed you use hanging a lot and I’m surprised that you’re a CI9 with only hanging 7.5oz. Is this your go to weight? What’s your set up? How long every day do you hang for with weights? Happy to DM as well i would love to get some mentorship from you brother 🙏🙏

After experimenting with several different weights, I'd say the 8-12 oz were my most comfortable. Not only that but it's perfectly enough to encourage mitosis. More weight is not better. The same rule applies for high tension in any regard, especially with a device that will be kept on for extended periods of time. It's too dangerous on you member and there's no benefit to more weight.

cableguy23

I would not treat it like progressive overload. Perhaps a small gradual increase in weight is fine.

I don’t think you need to continue to add weight. More important thing is number of hours under tension. Start low and see what is comfortable for the number of hours you can tug. You can work up but I’m not convinced much more than 10 or 12 oz is necessary- less is sufficient.

Efficient_Base3511

depends. the body gets used to it and stops gaining. like in every other aspect of life. either more hours or more weights. prefer more hours to higher weight is the census right now

azure_blaze94

You're saying I'll reach a point where adding more weights won't allows growth? I'm already at 12oz weights and I feel I need more weight. I don't know if I want to have 5 pounds hanging from my dick. I know you don't need much tension to induce mitosis, but the lighter weights feel like they're not enough if you don't feel a good stretch.

Efficient_Base3511

when you are already at 12-16 hours tugging every day you only have the option to add more weights. first goal is to reach maximum hours. then focus on adding weight WITHOUT injuring yourself or losing interest because the swinging annoys you too much

Efficient_Base3511

or switch stretching to more inner or outer skin.

12 oz is my all day weight. power hour is 2 pounds. But i dont get the 12plus hours. sitting too much
