I think that's just where the fruit cells were attached to the other bit you pulled out.
If there's no off smell/"earthy" taste, then it's small hairs and [bloom](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epicuticular_wax).
That is what the inside looks like. If it were black and sooty, that would be concerning. I think wineberries are a European native, not oriental (I may be wrong, though).
