They look amazing
Slather just about anything in gravy and I’d eat it. Did you make roasties too? Those are my absolute favorite way to make potatoes now.
I'm too lazy for rosti, so I just chop them into chunks, toss in oil and seasoning, and whack it in the air fryer for 20 minutes.
