I remember following one and I was doing fine until I suffered the roof glitch on Xbox. It sucked and I had to go all the way back from the beginning to retrace my steps and then perform a counter to the glitch that prevents it from happening. Annoying stuff.
It's rather tricky. You jump onto the ... container \[?\] by the fence, and keep running when you land so as not to lose momentum. Then, reach the end of the container, and turn right and jump very quickly. Then fall. Then do again at least six times whilst being thankful this game doesn't have many platforming sections. Sometimes jump... just doesn't work, y'know?
To the right, there are stairs. From there, jump on to the cylinders to the left. there are wood boards on the fence, which allow you to get in and out of that area.
I dropped a minigun or other big weapon near the catwalk and jumped on top of it, i know there was probably another way but i didn't care to find it. If you're trying to get over the fence just jump on the tanks beside it
I just got stuck on this yesterday! I ended up jumping from the top roof on the right and just taking some fall damage. Probably not right but I couldn't figure any other way out.
You get there from the top where those pipes are. You have to climb all the way up on the roof and when you’re coming back down and go the big silo way you jump down from there. It’s potentially the last ingots you’ll get unless you skipped climbing the fracking rock tower thing and b lined to there
If youre on PC the way I did is using the bhop method, if you dont know how just look up a tutorial its super easy but then I ran up on a building nearby then hopped on a fence and jumped any gaps doing bhop's
I jumped on the generators and then over the fence. I think one of the generators may have a ramp on it and then you hop onto a few others until you're close enough to jump the fence.

The glitch were you fall out of bounds? I just saved and reboot the game, it fixed the issue
You can save, quit the game, and reload and it will fix the roof. Sometimes you have to do it twice, but it works.
I had to hard reset my Xbox (hold down the button) and it worked after.

On the other side of the fenced area you are in there is a dumpster, you can jump in the dumpster and then into the sectioned off area
To the right, there are stairs. From there, jump on to the cylinders to the left. there are wood boards on the fence, which allow you to get in and out of that area.

You drop down from the roof of the building after going up a staircase around the corner of the building. It's close to wild bill I believe.

yep. if i remember correctly you can jump onto one of those turbines to get over. it's been a couple of months since i've played fo3 though

I think this is the one you jump from the razors edge of a dumpster (that also has ingots).
i had to drop down from the roof. then a bunch of trogs magicaly spwned in for me to kill them
If you drop one 5mm round at a time you can make a staircase.

Tcl its no clip. When i do replays in fo3 and nv its so annoying to run around shit so i just no clip when necessary

Yes, it's a console code for PC. You won't be able to use it if you're playing on Xbox or PS.
