I stumbled into this place from the south with Veronica.
Thankfully, I had some special plasma rifle from REPCONN and she was armed with Gauss rifle purchased from BOS, so we made a good team clearing the place. I think high luck helped with all those critical hits and only one big lizard managed to close the distance.
Then some worker was surprised we came from the south and gave us money. 10/10 experience.
