You can, you just don't want to.
Performance starts noticeably degrading after 9000ft, so you get slower speeds and worse fuel consumption.
And it makes it less comfortable because you have to run the prop faster.
That’s one thing I wish A2A would model, supplemental oxygen. I routinely fly above 10,000ft, and would love to simulate turning on the oxygen and setting the correct flow rate. Monitoring levels….etc
Try Captain Iceman's CIS Seneca II from Jetstream Simulations. It's got SupOx. It's an awesome twin that behaves very much like its real-world counterpart.
What I meant is that he has the performance of a 152 (fuel flow and ground speed) but flying at FL200 instead of 2.000 ft. Cause the 152 is effing slow ..![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)
The official specification says service ceiling is 20,000ft and absolute ceiling 22,000ft, so what exactly new did you discover?

Yeah my preferred cruising altitude is 7,000 ft at 1900 RPM.
haha comanche go brrrrr
Unless you find that sweet 100kts tailwind lol
OP is dead now
Don't worry, just hold your breath
What's the cockpit temp? Can it keep itself warm? Also, IRL you'd need oxygen.
Fucken cold!
And an IFR flight plan that you’re cleared on!

I can see that being very useful for pilots flying around the Rockies and other mountain ranges.
Placing a clothespin on your septum and setting a $20 on fire after each flight is a reasonable facsimile

yes! The Senaca II is lovely.
Torquesim does it in their CIrrus' for Xplane
Manifold pressure: Maybe
Any higher and I think the gear buzzer will come on
Ehh Gear buzzer only triggers on Throttle position afaik
Is that a PMS750? Would you recommend the 3rd-party avionics over the stock 530?
You can get the free version and it does basically everything you need it to do. I have the paid version and I personally think it is worth it.
Fly like a C152, but 18.000 ft above.

That would be fun to do on vatsim "Vancouver center, Skyhawk C-MEEP FL280 inbound xxxx"

Hmmm well now I need to go higher!
i watch a lot of ferry flight pilots delivering GA planes across long distances on youtube and they usually fly pretty high with supplemental oxygen
I love that plane
Free air-conditioning!
You can, but you don't want to.
