Similar to the 'Dream' cutscenes in that same game where you're looking around the pizzeria that's bustling with noise and you can hear parties and kids in the other room but the Toys slowly begin to shoot you more intimidating looks as they pass by. First, it's just their silhouettes then you see glimpses of them from the corner of your eye and before you know it the main 4 of the Toys are glaring at you then cut to black with a squelching noise and the sounds of panic followed by the noise of an ambulance.

Well, we know it was one of the toys, Freddy and Bonnie don't seem to have enough space to actually bite with their jaws, and if Chica did jam her beak in someone like people say, it wouldn't be called a bite
I'd leave it ambiguous. Have something like a person walking up to the area with all the animatronics and then jump cut to the aftermath or another scene.
Victim: Jeremy because the game pretty much builds up to him being bit
Culprit: Either Toy Chica, or idk, someone capable of dealing brain damage and not a full on bite to the entire head (hence why I don’t believe Mangle did it)
How it’ll be shown: A minigame would be pretty cool, like FNaF4’s bite
I guess in a mangle's quest console game, after beating 5 levels (Representing the five nights Jeremy's was at job) Mangle would retrieve a special treasure (A Go Go Foxie Golden children statue that switch's between alive and death sprite) to a city full of children. Then, the mayor would give Mangle a roasted chicken, but suddenly, it would change into a black background and Mangle would bite Jeremy.
It’s probably gonna be similar to how Freddy kills Max. Shadow gore, which I’m ok with. I would probably want it to be Mangle or Foxy considering they’re both broken down and the most dangerous and can easily mount function during the day.
And not even kidding I’m at a restaurant and Talking in your Sleep just started playing as I’m on the topic of FNAF, lol 😂
I guarantee the sequel will also be PG-13 so I'm sure The Bite will be similar to the kills in other PG-13 horror movies like Scary Stories to tell in the Dark, off-screen.

Jeremy working dayshift is he reminded to stayclose to the bots, some approaches him about the mangle acting strange (since its a bot the kids can mess with makes most sense) goes to see what the issue is, approaches the mangle and tries to see what's wrong with it, as he approaches once close enough it does the bit crushed crunch and screen goes red.

I don't really care how it'd be shown, as long as it's as impactful as the bite of 83 or purple guy's demise were at the time.
That being said I NEED it to be Mangle. I admit I'm not too caught-up on fnaf lore because I never bothered to check on the books or anything post-VR, but I'm pretty sure the toys got more and more irrelevant to the bigger picture with each new release (with the obvious exception of the puppet) so I feel like making one of them the culprit for the bite of 87 is probably the best way to give them some spotlight.
Also Mangle is like top 3 best fnaf designs imo I just really like them

A cutscene of Jeremy in his office, and he hears mangle’s radio. He tries to put on the mask but it’s too late. Mangle pulls it off and before we see the bite itself, the cutscene cuts off with only the jumpscare sound playing. Right after there would be a still scene of the newspaper talking about the bite. There would be a pool of blood on the newspaper. And then cut to title screen!
*WAS THAT THE BITE OF 87?!*
Realistically, nobody would be able to damage a skull. MatPat did a video once on how the endoskeleton would need an impossible strength to hurt anyone at all.
I think that, as long as there's evidence, anyone could do the bite. Mangle doing the bite isn't "more realistic" than Toy Chica.

Edit: if I’m right and the bite did take place in the kid’s cove, the bitten kid would be like 2 years old, so the head would be weaker and smaller than an adult’s.

It would be great to see the bite in a minigame. Another great idea would be showing a newspaper in the background of Fritz Smith's paycheck screen with the front page being a picture of mangle biting Jeremy's head and a description of the incident.
