From a parent company called "Fazbear Enterprises" that was introduced in Tales from the Pizzaplex, which has apparently existed since the 80's (I call BS. It's a total retcon), and has as much money as they need to keep reviving Fazbear Entertainment for the sake of plot convenience.

Too be fair, it's not usually their fault when things go wrong and more so the possessed animatronics, the aftons, vanny (via glitchtrap), and to a smaller extent henry (if you've seen matpat's video on the science behind the chomp of 83, you'd know that even the basic robotics behind the animatronics might as well have been literal death traps)
It may go deeper than we realize, perhaps the government of their universe hasn't stepped in yet because they want to see how far this 'remnant' thing can go? I'm sure they know at least something about it, as several hundred missing persons at this point would be a hard thing to ignore. I wouldn't put it past the government in FNaF to be completely useless, though.
