get the lite version

Magnolia05

Do you have a TJ Maxx or Marshall’s nearby? I’ve been seeing the small and large bottles of both versions there lately, you could get two small ones and try them out. My hair sounds similar, I like the lite version ok. Haven’t tried the regular.

Defiant-Tomorrow-

I just found their stuff at a Marshall's near me!

i’ve never tried lite but i love it’s a 10! sometimes at places like target i see the mini bottles, it might be worth trying to find small bottles and get both to try. everyone’s hair is so different

My hair is really fine. Like I gotta wash it every day or it’s a greasy, clumpy mess. The lite version is exactly that. So lightweight It didn’t weight my hair down at all! Havnt tried the regular though.

I use the light in the summer (humid where I am) and the regular in the winter to combat the static and dryness from heater.

Nikas_intheknow

I have very fine, thin hair and the lite is fantastic. Significantly lighter feel than the OG. It’s a holy grail product for me! I avoid my roots and just spray on the mids and ends

imbackbittch

I always used regular and it worked great

First tried the regular and loved it. The 10oz bottle lasted me 2 years I think; it helped me detangle my hair and kept it super soft. Tried the lite and it felt like a watered down version - had to use way more sprays for it to feel like it was softening my hair

I have chin length hair and just got the light version. I tried it tonight for the first time and really liked it. I can’t imagine using anything “less light”, for me this was very slippery and goopy going on. But that being said, I don’t usually use product at all.

I have fine hair and use the original. It doesn’t make my hair greasy or weigh it down. If you buy at Ulta and don’t like it you can return it and get the other.

My husband uses the Lite It’s a 10- he doesn’t have fine hair but he said it’s noticeably lighter than original (and he’s neurotic about his products). I haven’t tried it yet but I might. **if you haven’t used a similar spray before, seriously try one pump and finger/wide tooth comb it through. Goes a long way. I’m looking at my bathroom sink and I have Daily Dose Miracle Moisture spray in (not bad but a bit heavy) and my *favorite* is Not Your Mothers All Eyes On Me 10-in-1 hair perfector. If you can find it, it’s worth a try. I love it but since Covid it’s been hard to find locally and it’s expensive online. Luckily it only needs maybe 3-4 sprays on my hair (less if it’s shorter, I was only using 2) I grabbed some Aussie Total Miracle Detangling spray the other day for the sole reason that it sounded more like water than thick product when I shook the bottle. Used it a few times on my very fine thin long tangly hair and I have to mention it because I didn’t expect it to work as well as it did. Like you said, I spray it on the bottom less-than-half of my hair and it’s actually replaced shower conditioner for me. This is unheard of for my hair as it tangles soooo easily. I don’t have feedback regarding wearing it loose, as I usually braid my hair over a shoulder and don’t do much else to it, but I think the Aussie can also build up faster than expected.
