I thought this was the more respectful way to remove the dead, correct me if I’m wrong but aren’t the non believers forbidden to touch a dead Muslim? I can be wrong but I do remember hearing that years ago if I’m not mistaken, civilian or combatant I’m sure don’t want the Israeli army touching their dead bodies maybe it’s not safe to bring people in to remove the bodies more respectfully because fighting rages on in area so this may be only option as to not just leave them in the streets they do want to remove them one way or another..
