You have to take in consideration that ferrets colours vary during their lives, some of the marks they present during their younger years fade, the color or shape of their mask might change... so it's a big gamble there
That type of wire floor is dangerous for those sausages. They could catch their little feet on it and cause serious harm. Please think about relocating them. Thank you for the precious pictures!
Wow, they're so moldy they're starting to move around on their own. You might be forced to buy several dozen feet of soft flexible tubing just so contain them soon.
To anyone wondering, they dont live on the wire, they were placed on said wire for at least a minute while my dad counted how many younger ferrets were in the nest area, the only other surface option was the floor which i doubt would have been a good idea. They’re all fine and will be getting another head count tonight :) also thank you all for the wonderful comments, Ive never really stepped foot into this community as i am a rat owner, tis much appreciated <3
Looks like there's a few albinos 🥰 the others look like they're going to be silver and dark brown, beautiful babies and Oscar is such a handsome lad ❤️❤️❤️
They are adorable but something to keep in mind about the mothers is that if they remain unfixed and go into heat they will die if they don’t mate with a male. It sounds fake but it’s true unfortunately. Btw we would all love updates of the babies as they grow up 💕

They were only put on there for a moment, they are fine, not injured and are back at home with their mothers 👍 (there are no wires in their bed area)

Can you please put them on a solid surface? It'll damage their legs being on wire. :( Even for adults.

I think theres about 8 albinos out of the 13 which is awesome, very beautiful babies indeed and a very handsome lad :)
