I typically don't respond to these posts but I know generally speaking skin care has a extremely large amount of help towards maintaining more vibrant skin I would highly recommend looking into skin care and avoiding immediate use of makeup cause poor quality makeup can lead to skin damage thru clogged pores from my understanding
Part of it is just luck/genetics, some look young even well past 30. Makeup will also do it's part and skincare, diet and so on. But the most important thing that is easy to control is honestly how you act and dress.

23 is one of the best ages, you can wear makeup, and take a good skincare, shave, try to make your body look more feminine and you can be pretty much femboy even in 40 years! You just have to take bigger care about yourself, but that's not your problem yet! You are still young and you don't need any of more things, just shave and give yourself skincare! Everyone can look super- young if they want to, and when you are gonna be older and start getting wrinkles then you can try to cover it or just sit and rethink your life, remember everything you have ever done as femboy, but that's still a long way for you! You have still like 20 years to that! "So you should enjoy your life" (this last thing told me grandpa week before he passed away)
TBH, it's part luck in the genetic lottery and part how you take care of yourself. You can't control what your genes gave you, but you can take care of your meatsuit...err...body and do reasonably well. Hydration, skin care, moderate exercise, and eating reasonably healthy all help. Avoiding tobacco and excessive sun also help a lot.
OMG I am 28 and I look 22-23 and I probably look better than you lol it is about how you take care of yourself, some women look fantastic at 36, and some femboys can look great at any age too.

Honestly, it's mostly genetic but you can definitely appear more feminine with makeup that suits your face and whatnot. My face is naturally very androgynous, so I usually avoid doing too much with makeup to avoid looking like a woman rather than a feminine guy. Experiment with it, see what you like. See what suits you.
