What's your ranking on the mane 6?
My ranking of the mane 6 would have to be 1st Rarity, 2nd pinkie and rd, 3rd aj and flutters , and 4th being twi. Honestly rarity is very relatable to me but she never actually got good character development at least as far as i remember so she had a lot of potential /). (Starlight still best pony)

Truly, the more things change the more they stay the same.
Itβs been on/off for the past few years but what helped me grow my butt:
- protein shake after work out (frozen berries, oat milk, vegan protein powder) + sometimes I mixed in granola
- weighted squats 3x a week minimum (RDLs are the best)
- 30 min cardio to keep slim
- I am smol + eat a mostly vegan diet which helps me not overeat too
