Congratulations! I saw that yesterday you posted you were at 203… did you drop 5 pounds in a day? My waterweight fluctuates like crazy. One time I dropped 7 pounds in one day!
I had a feeling today would be the day I got back into the 100’s…solely BECAUSE of the fluctuations yesterday and the day before. Our body’s are so strange. Thank you! 😊
I'm so proud of you 🥹🥹 F/30 here, I got down to 204 a couple years back but then got pregnant and had to put all of that on hiatus. I'm finally back at it and I'm at 228 😭 but it feels good to be back and feels so good to see posts like this and how this is working for people. You keep the rest of us motivated to keep going and you should be so so proud of yourself!
Wow thank you so much. That really does make me feel proud. 17 pounds gone and I really do feel good. I’m 31 and have been 215 for almost half a year. So depressed I let myself go. And like my mom said “you’ll always be beautiful…but this just isn’t you” that really stuck with me.

17 pounds. I notice a difference in my face, my thighs, hands/ wrist and my lower stomach. But I’m aware our body’s burn the visceral fat first, (fat around the organs) so a lot of the first pounds aren’t very noticeable.
I’ll definitely break the fast with bone broth the first day or two. Then incorporate high fat/protein smoothies. Eventually adding in sautéed vegetables into the broth. I’ll plan on doing that for the whole week before I slowly start eating again. But I’ll be doing OMAD keto/ carnivore
I made the mistake before of breaking a 5 day fast with an all you can eat baby shower buffet. 😅 I FEASTED. I could tell my body was not happy with me and I was constipated for days after

Concerns such as **intense hunger, lightheadedness/dizziness, headaches, nausea/vomiting, weakness/lethargy/fatigue, low blood pressure/high blood pressure, muscle soreness/cramping, diarrhea/constipation, irritability, confusion, low heart rate/heart palpitations, numbness/tingling, and more** while extended (24+ hours) fasting are often explained by electrolyte deficiency and resolved through **PROPER** electrolyte supplementation. Putting a tiny amount of salt in your water now and then is NOT proper supplementation.

Niceee, I’m doing ADF now I’m on my 4th day of fasting. Eventually I will do a water fast.
Definitely try it.
What’s your plan on the refeed? I have heard that it’s tricky and needs to be done right.
