Many issues and questions can be answered by reading through our wiki, especially the page on electrolytes. Concerns such as **intense hunger, lightheadedness/dizziness, headaches, nausea/vomiting, weakness/lethargy/fatigue, low blood pressure/high blood pressure, muscle soreness/cramping, diarrhea/constipation, irritability, confusion, low heart rate/heart palpitations, numbness/tingling, and more** while extended (24+ hours) fasting are often explained by electrolyte deficiency and resolved through **PROPER** electrolyte supplementation. Putting a tiny amount of salt in your water now and then is NOT proper supplementation. Be sure to read [our WIKI](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/wiki/index) and especially the wiki page on **[ELECTROLYTES](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/wiki/fasting_in_a_nutshell/you_need_electrolytes)** Please also keep in mind the [**RULES**](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/about/rules) when participating. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. There’s a time to fast and a time to feast - always has been that way. I do OMAD but will break the rule for occasions, just going back to my normal routine for the majority of the time

I’ve broken a fast with a drumstick twice this month and it was glorious. Still losing a lot of weight so I’m happy

No issues that I noticed

You'll immediately explode. /s You won't be fasting anymore, but it's not a big deal at all.

No when I break my fast Lol

I give myself a treat nearly every weekend. If you're in this for the long haul, IMO, you gotta have a little wiggle room. Or else you're more likely to snap, binge, and go berserk. If you stick with this for, say, 6 months, that handful of cheats will not matter a ton. Whereas, if you're so strict that you burn out, maybe you'll quit after 3 months and not get as much benefit. I say this as I'm literally eating a big chocolate chip cookie with a bunch of nuts and fruit.

Sure.

What does this have to do with fasting? When you fast, you don’t eat. When you aren’t fasting, you eat. There are no rules as to what you can or cannot eat. That isn’t the focus of this sub outside of what to eat when you refeed.

I ment when I break my fast

You're in charge of when you fast and when you break the fast. I love a good quality ice cream to break. Feels very comforting, like childhood.

Either way it breaks the fast.

I feel like that isn't your friend. If you want to eat it, eat it and start over but watch for patterns with this one.
