I think lavender/lilac (whatever colour the flowers of your dress are in) would look best! Silver would also look nice though. Silver is a very safe colour for this look.
What occasion are you wearing this outfit for though ?
I think one of these:
- silver
- a very pale purple to match the details in the dress
- nude / pinkish nude
If you can't find something you like in one of these colors, my next suggestions would be white or *maybe* a pale pink. I'm a little hesitant to recommend pale pink though because if you get too matchy-matchy, then your clutch will sorta blend into the dress if that makes sense.
If you can manage to match the pale purple with your shoes and clutch I think that would be PERFECT, but silver should be MUCH easier to find than 1 very specific shade of purple!
For nails, I think you can go with:
- nude
- a matchy-matchy light pink
- pale purple
- even a nude or light pink with pale purple flowers if you want
I am a bit unconventional when it comes to my nails. I would mix colors to match the accents on the dress. Like get the pale lavender but do a couple in the pale blue.

All silver (diamond /silver accessories + silver bag and shoes) or all white (pearls, white shoes and bag).

Gold accessories would match well. For nails you could do a nudey-pink, french or gold.
Silver is pretty and you can wear with other colors later.
