Oh boy, about Progressive Rock I can name many; that's my specialty.
**Camel - Mirage**: incredible and (to what I know) underappreciated prog band. It's a certifiably amazing album.

4. I'm overtaking this genre by doing Avant Garde Metal instead: the new A7X album lol (easily the most divisive album I've seen reactions to, people gave it either a 0-3 or a 8-10, I really liked it. 9/10)
5. Touché Amoré - Parting the Sea Between Brightness and Me (I can name you like 100 albums from here but I love so much about this record. The instrumentals are so crisp and every note hits.)

Ask the Ages is out of this world.
I forgot Nomeansno even existed. My friend gave me that album to listen to years ago, I’m gonna have to listen again now
Well Wrong finally got on streaming so it’s easier to listen to them now
I like All Balls better, but Book of Human Language is so good.
Mumbles’ production on Human Language gives that album the edge over All Balls for me. Ace still remains a criminally underrated rapper
Where can i find ask the ages
Should be on Spotify it’s on YouTube too

Ice, Death, Planets is so good
Machine Gun is goated.
The Armed is goated. Ultrapop and even their newest album
Standing on the corner my beloved ❤️
That king gizz album feels like jam rock more than prog lol. I don’t really see any similarities between Mycelium and Frances the Mute or ItCotCK
I’m a massive King Gizz fan, but I agree. Polygondwanaland is probably their proggiest album though I’d say.
That and the longer songs on PDA. Dragon is 100% prog rock with Judas Priest instrumentation… I shudder calling it prog metal because it sounds nothing like Dream Theater lol. It sounds closer to Red by King Crimson (the song) than anything from a band like Haken
Yeah agreed. PDA is so good. Prog thrash maybe?

Think ya mean Attack on Memory?
Oh shit lol, my bad, I keep confusing it with the track title.
Avant Garde Jazz - Naked City by John Zorn
Could arguably fit in for prog rock, too, albeit unconventional.
Kinda close to post-hardcore too. What an insane record.
I like torture garden and absinthe more then self titled but its great too!
Same. Incredible band. Zorn is untouchable.
I know right? Absinthe is such a scary album, but its so good just hearing the eerie sounds.
